The driver for the MEM device is included in the software and is installed automatically. If necessary, you can also download it from our website.

POSSIBLE QUESTIONS AND PROBLEMS

1. The device is not visible in the system

After connection, the green LED does not light up. The program displays the message "Error setting frequency!". Or "Error -1: initialization of the I / O port is not performed".

  • Cause. The driver is not installed correctly or the device has an outdated firmware version.
  • Solution: download the file MEM_problem_1.pdf. Follow the instructions given there.
